Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
